Attention Fournier office building residents: This is an announcement from the building owner, Steve Jarvinen, concerning the mayor’s statement to implement a lights-out policy in the downtown core at night. Mayor Lessard announced last week that he will discuss the details of his decision and present an implementation plan next week in City Hall. Because the Fournier building is right downtown, we will certainly be affected in the mayoral office’s policy. Mr. Jarvinen supports the mayor’s decision and would like us to fully comply with the mayor’s plan. Mr. Jarvinen would appreciate each business in the building to follow the new rules concerning lighting use at night, which will be put into practice soon. We will provide each business with new guidelines in the next few weeks followed by a short get together to go over the details. Thanks you for your attention
