The words “why don’t you” are use to:

• Make a suggestion (Why don’t you ask Manuel to…?)
• Make an offer (Why don’t you take my seat for…?)

“Who” question ask about:

• People (Who is going to take Mr. Kablil’s place when…?)

Question with “whose” ask about:

• Possession (Whose camera is it?)
