Thao: Hello.

Ms.Trang Van: Hello Thao, it’s Trang, Are you home?

Ms.Trang Van: I’d like to get some more details about the candidates who are applying for the human resources department position. Could you tell me about them?

Thao: There will be people who applied to the human resources department. First, Lonnies Gamber will be here for an inter view at 11 AM. After that, Matthew Foraker has an interview at 4 PM. Finally, you will interview margery Geesey at 5 PM.

Ms.Trang Van: Ok, thank you! See you at home, bye!

Thao: Bye!

Okey! I’m sure that you are all clear about how the correction should be. But look it again and then correct it with me, alright?

So you hear any diference between “Lonniew Gamber 11”. Right! It should be there is “at” 11. So she should add in the preposition.

Wow, so currently, she is using “fortunately”. It is a really nice word! Basicly, we just use only “luckily” but for professional communication, use “fortunately” is really awesome! But she lacked a lot of ending sounds is cancel => is cancelled.

So, you find out that she has added some interesting words like:

• First
• Second
• Third
• After that
• Finally

It is really colorful for the speech. So, remember adding some adverb supporter can make your speech really colorful and beautiful. And another thing, try to focus on the word “apply” she said that “Apply to the HR department”. But when I ask the question I ask “apply for the HR department position”.

Summarize it, again, pronunciation is really important. Ending sounds, remember! Socondly, use some beautiful words like “fortunately…” to make your speech more colorful.

Last but not least, remember the grammar. Preposition is a really important part when you want to focus on the time and the place. So remember to say “at 11 AM” That’s it for today.
