B: Ah, ok, please sit down!
A: How much does it cost to participate in a tour?
B: Well, according to the program, there are two types of payment options. If you go alone, you need to pay fifty dollars. But if you are a group of more than 6 people, you will get a discount of thirty dollars each.
A: It the bike and helmet rental included in the cost?
B: I am sorry, but no it’s not. You will have to pay an additional fee of fifteen dollars to rent a bike and helmet.
A: I just started to learn how to ride a Mountain bike, so could you please tell me what programs I could join?
B: Sure. Considering your status, there is a program just for you. This is a guided tour and is offered at 9 in the morning, noon and 3 in the afternoon everyday. You know what? Even thought his attitude is not good I really love the way he use the vocabulary. For the first question, it’s asking about the price and the cost but you don’t want to repeat it. But use “two types of payment options” really professinal!.
The second question is asking about “included cost” and the same thing goes on, he use the synonym of the including. He use “additional” or “an additional fee”
The last question is asking about what programs or what time of service. See! If we use “we have this serveice”, “we have the other produce”. It’s not really effective and impressive but he use “we offer…” or “this is offered…” or something like that I guess. It’s more impressive and professional than using some very simple words.
